Jeska, a fellow photographer friend (you can check her out at www.jeskagustafsonphotography.com) and I had been getting together for little sessions here and there. First I did her wedding vows, then she did pictures for my new website( they aren't up yet cause, well my website isn't live yet), and now for a fun family session!
I had driven by Crawfords Convalescent Home many times while living here in Hawaii and always loved the old broken down remains of the old convalescent home. So of course I had to try something a little different with Jeska's family, because I know they are up for anything : ) If felt like forever before we got there, around every turn I felt sure it would be there and go figure it still was far away.
I had found the frames at Goodwill, honestly a pretty rare buy for that place. They were originally a very dingy gold color but spray painting them with bright colored paint was the perfect touch.
