Florence + Zach Wedding Vows - Pokai Bay, Waianae, Hawai'i

The day started off pretty dreary, rainy sky's and not to much sunlight. It kept looking like the sky was going to drop any minute but to our advantage it stayed a little over cast with the sun coming to say hi every once in awhile.
The wedding vows were at Pokai Bay, (one of my favorite beaches and now because of this wedding my favorite beach) a quiet family oriented beach with lots of kayaking. It was a beautiful relaxing day perfect for this laid back wedding party. Flo looking amazing in her dress while she and Zack were ankle deep in the ocean saying their vows under a bamboo trellis Zack had made.
Both Zack and Flo are super fun and were willing to jump in the ocean nice clothes, wedding dress, and all. I have to say they are some of my favorite photos. A big part of their day was everyone getting out on their kayak's in the bay and the kids going swimming. Flo and Zack of course got out on their two seater and starting splashing each other with their paddles, fun fun.
My husband and daughter were also invited and got to enjoy the amazing food and festivities. We got a chance to try out the the two seater kayak for the first time and we went too far out in the ocean and got dumped out into the ocean not once, but twice. Yes, it was a funny sight to see and thankfully no pictures of that moment. All in all Zack and Flo's day was an amazing one  : )

Erik + Jeska's Wedding Vows - Bellows Beach Park, Waimanalo, Hawai'i

I am just so behind on my blogging duties it's sad, and I apologize for that people. But enough of my slaking and on to the actual blog post.
Jeska and Erik rock, hands down. I am so glad to have found Jeska, or Jeska found me, one of those I can't remember. Not only does she remind me of one of my good friends that used to live in Hawaii but has a huge passion for photography and recently started her own photog business which you can find here. I was super excited when she asked to me to photograph her wedding vows. Her whole family was super chill and cool and Angels Bay was the perfect backdrop. God even blessed us with wonderful weather and the perfect overcast day with just a little sunshine peaking through : )
After the vow ceremony was over we made our way into Waimanalo for some fun shots of just the two. They crack me up and are so funny in front of the camera. There expressions are priceless! We also discovered a very quaint coffee shop on Kam Highway called The Spiral Cafe where the owner was so nice to give us a free Latte (I think that's what it was). Time flew by super fast with Erik and Jeska, cause as we all know time flies when your having fun : )
