I love love this family. They are all so sweet and laugh all the time : ) I caught myself getting lost in the moment when they started speaking amongst themselves because they all spoke the most beautiful French! Solange and her family are from France and are here in Hawaii because of the wonderful surf. Solange's sweet mama Anne was here for a fun little visit, but now has left the island. I know she will be back soon to visit her cute grand babies!!
Zoe had a quick moment of distraction when she saw a dog and said "chien!" The one word I did remember in French and I was so glad to hear it. I have been inspired again to pick up my French book and start were I left off. I used to know so much French but with life getting in the way I forgot most of it. It's a shame really. But suddenly being around Solange's family I started remembering how to say things! I can't wait to do another session with this family and next time I'm gonna be speaking more French to them : )
