I love taking first birthday pictures, have I mentioned that before? I love using a cake as a prop and watching the little one year olds smudge their faces with icing and cake. Max was such a good boy during his photo shoot and looked at me every time I said "Hey Max!" He was probably thinking, "What is this crazy lady doing running around me?" Well either that or he was preoccupied with stuffing his face : ) I also got to use my newest prop, the vintage high chair. I never expected to find something like that here on Oahu and for a descent price. It was in no need of work so I got to use it straight away. AND if you are wondering what that thing was in the background, it was a camel made out of wood, grass, and some other organic materials. It was a pretty neat sight to see!
